1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bnb55 ("bnb55", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bnb55 website located at bnb55.app and all related services, games, betting products and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on the bnb55 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with the bnb55 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These additional documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bnb55 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility

• Single account: Each player may hold only one bnb55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts held and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the bnb55 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree that during registration and at all times thereafter:

• All information provided to bnb55 – including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other requested details – is accurate, current and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will keep your login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your bnb55 account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You will notify bnb55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

bnb55 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend or close any account, and withhold or void any funds or winnings in circumstances including but not limited to: provision of false information, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms or applicable law, or failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bnb55 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at bnb55's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the bnb55 cashier at the time of transaction and is subject to change.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders who have completed KYC. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times: bnb55 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank schedules, including holidays observed in Pakistan.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. bnb55 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.
• Own funds: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity. bnb55 operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bnb55 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bnb55 promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts, which will be published alongside the promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bnb55 reserves the right to refuse, modify, reclaim or void any bonus or associated winnings if it suspects abuse, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

All bets placed and games played on the bnb55 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant product:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bnb55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• bnb55 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in circumstances including: manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, events being cancelled or suspended, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). bnb55 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages – individual session outcomes will vary.
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time and reflect market conditions at the time the bet is placed.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnb55 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds ("arbing") with the primary purpose of extracting value rather than recreational play.
• Registering more than one bnb55 account, or attempting to access a suspended or excluded account through alternative credentials.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful sources.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Charging back deposits or initiating fraudulent payment disputes after using deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bnb55 Platform – including but not limited to the bnb55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and data – is the exclusive property of bnb55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the bnb55 Platform without express prior written consent from bnb55.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• bnb55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
• bnb55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss or system failures.
• bnb55 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your own decisions in connection with betting or gaming activity. All gambling carries inherent risk and it is your responsibility to wager only what you can afford to lose.
• bnb55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

bnb55 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bnb55.app/privacy-policy. By using the bnb55 Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bnb55 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bnb55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bnb55 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bnb55 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of the operating licence under which bnb55 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and bnb55 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact bnb55 support to seek an informal resolution.
